Why the Ascent Community?
Traditional Leadership spaces often overlook the lived experiences of women of color in nonprofits. We navigate bias, burnout, and the weight of imposter syndrome, all while carrying vision, resilience, and power.
Ascent is designed to change that.
This is a community-rooted coaching space where women of color can:
Define their leadership identity
Build confidence in their voice and decisions
Develop strategies for leading equitably and sustainably
Grow in community with other women of color leaders
What You’ll Gain
By the end of the 4 weeks, you will:
Feel grounded in your leadership identity
Gain tools to navigate challenges with confidence
Build authentic community with other women who understand your journey and experiences
Create a vision for leading with clarity, courage, and care
